Job Description
- The candidate will lead the Supply Chain Programs team to plan, design, and deliver strategic programs and project portfolios while partnering with key stakeholders and business leaders to support business priorities, including growth, guest service, and cost improvements.
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the SI portfolio budget, including capital and operating expenses, while collaborating with Finance teams and stakeholders to support cost management, financial forecasting, and value creation.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of business cases that establish program scope and determine project delivery needs.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated program and project milestone plans while coordinating change management activities and communications across business functions.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting the establishment of a program and project governance model, including reporting processes, issue and risk management, and change management practices that align with the Global governance model.
- The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Supply Chain Strategy team to create investment roadmaps across people, process, and technology initiatives, support strategic planning workshops, and develop presentations for senior leaders and Board of Director meetings.
- The candidate will mentor, coach, and develop talent within the Supply Chain Programs team to support employee growth and team success.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have a B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- The candidate should have an MBA or other Master’s degree as a preferred qualification.
- The candidate must have 8–10 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field, including at least 4 years in a management role.
- The candidate must have experience in strategy development, program management, and consumer supply chain operations.
- The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong business, leadership, planning, and organizing skills, including the ability to provide innovative strategic ideas, communicate value, gain approval, and implement solutions effectively.
- The candidate must demonstrate executive-level presence with the ability to collaborate with and influence peers, colleagues, and leadership.
- The candidate must have proven experience managing business transformations and programs.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage change, develop, mentor, and coach personnel, including experience working with cross-functional teams.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong critical thinking, logical structuring, attention to detail, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
- The candidate must have excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills, with the ability to build consensus.
- The candidate must be able to work and deliver results in changing environments under limited guidance while meeting specified deadlines and budgets.
- The candidate must be able to interpret situations involving conflicting goals and adjust effectively.
- The candidate must have the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize work.
