Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for leading the development of brand strategies for Training, Tennis, and Golf in alignment with lululemon’s purpose, business priorities, and product roadmaps.
- The candidate will be responsible for translating category strategies into impactful brand storytelling moments, creative briefs, and integrated campaigns across channels.
- The candidate will be responsible for partnering with Product, Innovation, and GTM teams to identify key products, innovations, and seasonal priorities that support global storytelling across the portfolio of activities.
- The candidate will be responsible for guiding campaign and creative development from initial brief through execution while ensuring alignment, consistency, and performance.
- The candidate will be responsible for delivering seasonal playbooks and storytelling toolkits that provide global and regional teams with clear and compelling narratives.
- The candidate will be responsible for driving the 365 category offense for Training, Tennis, and Golf in partnership with Regional and Product teams.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of direct reports to deliver best-in-class work while supporting their development journey.
- The candidate will be responsible for defining KPIs and leading post-campaign analysis to inform future work and improve overall impact.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- The candidate must have 8+ years of relevant experience in brand strategy, category marketing, or integrated brand management, ideally within apparel, performance, or lifestyle brands.
- The candidate must have experience building and scaling global brand campaigns and product storytelling across multiple channels.
- The candidate must possess a deep understanding of performance consumer culture in training, golf, and/or tennis.
- The candidate must be a strong collaborator with a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional partners.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to think strategically and execute with clarity, creativity, and precision.
- The candidate must have experience managing agencies and internal creative resources.
- The candidate must be passionate about brand building, storytelling, and community connection.
- The candidate must have authorization to work in Canada for this role.
