Job Description

  • Client Advisor is a part time banking position focused on helping clients with everyday financial needs.
  • The role is based in Chambly, Quebec with mobility between listed branch locations when required.
  • The position offers 25 hours per week with salaried pay.
  • The role includes client service, relationship building and support for digital banking.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with banking transactions and identify suitable banking solutions.
  • Guide clients in using digital banking tools and explain available services.
  • Listen carefully to client needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Resolve banking concerns and help prevent future issues.
  • Build strong relationships with banking partners across the company.
  • Follow company routines, processes and controls to manage risk and protect client interests.

Requirements

  • Show a genuine commitment to putting clients first and performing well in a goal focused environment.
  • Be well versed in using digital devices.
  • Be fluent in both English and French to support clients in both languages.
  • A solid work background in finance, customer service or retail with client relationship building is considered an asset.
  • Hold a Mutual Funds accreditation or be willing to earn the Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course certification.
