Job Description
- Applicants who have applied for this post are required to automate and document troubleshooting of production applications at this post.
- Applicants at this post are also required to ensure that all APIs are fully tested in an automated framework, and functional and performance tests working at this post.
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to actively participate and provide technical expertise for the creation, implementation, and ongoing evolution of WestJet’s design working at this post.

Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum of 6 years of DevOps experience to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants must have designed and maintained k8s environments and must be able to build and deploy docker containers at this post.
- Candidates who applied for this post must have experience in Linux administration along with prior Javascript and Java programming experience to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants for this post must have s prior event broker administration including Kafka, and Azure Event Hub to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Applicants at this post are also appointed to participate in a pre or post-hours on-call rotation to maintain a 24×7 environment working at this post.
