Job Description
- The candidate will lead or coordinate complex security analyses, assessments, and investigations, ensuring clear identification of root causes, contributing factors, and recommended corrective actions.
- The candidate will conduct advanced risk evaluations and control assessments using established frameworks to identify gaps, prioritize improvements, and influence strategic decisions.
- The candidate will synthesize and interpret security information from multiple sources to identify systemic issues, emerging risks, and trends requiring action.
- The candidate must collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Architecture, and Operations to improve processes, strengthen controls, and resolve security issues.
- The candidate will develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and metrics to provide visibility into risk posture, compliance health, and security program maturity.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- The candidate must have 6–10 years of experience in security operations, SOC operations, incident response, or security monitoring, or equivalent experience.
- The candidate must have proven experience monitoring cross-domain security activity using advanced SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, and detection analytics tools.
- The candidate must have a proven track record of designing integrated detection approaches and identifying emerging threats.
- The candidate must demonstrate ability to lead complex incident response investigations involving advanced attack techniques, forensic analysis, and coordinated containment efforts.
- The candidate must have experience leading threat modeling efforts and building vulnerability management approaches that integrate threat intelligence with prioritization and remediation planning.
- The candidate should have familiarity with generative AI and automation techniques to support identity risk reduction.
- The candidate must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Entra and SailPoint.
