Job Description

  • Tesla Advisor supports customer delivery activities and store operations after vehicle orders are placed.
  • Full time position within Tesla’s Sales & Customer Support team.
  • Role focuses on delivery coordination, customer support and operational efficiency.
  • Works with multiple departments to support vehicle deliveries and store productivity.
  • Includes customer interaction, reporting duties and store fleet support activities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer financing, loan, registration and SAAQ documents.
  • Work with team members to coordinate successful delivery appointments.
  • Show strong knowledge of Tesla products and services.
  • Improve planning and scheduling processes to support customer experiences.
  • Prepare reports that support performance improvements and training activities.
  • Support customers throughout pre delivery and delivery processes.
  • Coordinate store fleet servicing, vehicle allocation and accident reporting.
  • Assist with delivery preparation, direct deliveries and sales related activities.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service work background is required.
  • Can work with team members and build positive working relationships.
  • Strong interaction skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Well versed in MS Suite and CRM tools. Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
  • Can work evening hours, weekends and holidays in a retail environment.
  • Valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s licence in Canada is required.
  • Must support projects across Canadian provinces when needed.
  • Must communicate regularly in English and French with staff and clients outside Quebec.
