Job description
- Lead technology-enabled business transformation projects
- Work with stakeholders to improve systems and operational processes
- Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions
- Support modernization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate meetings and discussions on complex business topics
- Develop project plans, testing documents and business specifications
- Identify risks and recommend corrective actions
- Oversee system updates, configurations and troubleshooting activities
- Support data validation, reporting and operational metrics
- Coordinate testing, upgrades and implementation activities
- Provide training and guidance to staff on systems and processes
- Partner with IT departments and vendors and operational staff to solve technical issues.
- Create reports which contain their recommendations for senior management.
- Support quality assurance activities while maintaining compliance with corporate standards.
Job requirements
- The candidate must possess a post-secondary education degree in business analysis or information technology or a related field which requires an equivalent combination of educational and professional experience.
- The candidate needs to show a complete experience working on major
- IT systems and business analysis initiatives.
- The candidate possesses extensive expertise in requirements collection and impact assessment and business process mapping activities.
