Job Description
- The candidate will lead and influence cross-functional forums ranging from analyst to director level to enhance collaboration and partnership in support of shared operational, financial, and strategic outcomes.
- The candidate will build complex operational-financial models that quantify process impacts, identify key drivers and KPIs, evaluate scenarios, surface risks, and recommend actionable improvements.
- The candidate must work across the network to improve inventory health, accelerate end-of-life inventory turnover, and optimize DC space utilization and operational efficiency.
- The candidate will be responsible for improving cross-functional KPIs such as inventory health, capacity, and labor efficiency through root cause analysis, evaluation of performance improvement levers, and the implementation of effective data, tools, and governance practices.
- The candidate will analyze large, complex datasets using Excel, Power BI, and related tools to generate timely and accurate insights that support operational and financial decisions.
- The candidate will enhance reporting capabilities to improve visibility and deliver clear, actionable KPIs and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- The candidate will support a multi-million-dollar savings portfolio by creating processes and tactical execution plans while leveraging strong communication and influencing skills to identify risks early and secure timely resolution.
- The candidate will support existing processes and enable new optimization opportunities by creating integrated tools that provide transparent KPI visibility and facilitate faster issue escalation and resolution.
- The candidate will continuously optimize current-state processes to improve accuracy, speed, and alignment with evolving business priorities and strategic direction.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- The candidate should have analytics experience, which will be considered an asset.
- The candidate with an MBA or CPA designation will be preferred.
- The candidate must have 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably in consulting, strategy, or a product/supply chain internal function within a large corporation.
- The candidate must have at least 4 years of experience working within highly cross-functional teams.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with varying timelines and scopes, including project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- The candidate must demonstrate a self-starter approach to work and consistently strive to meet and exceed objectives while encouraging the same mindset within the team.
- The candidate must demonstrate excellent attention to detail due to the complex nature of the work and the visibility of the content across multiple groups and leadership levels.
- The candidate must demonstrate creative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions beyond established practices.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to create clarity and drive alignment toward a common goal across team members from various functions.
- The candidate must possess advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience using Power BI will be considered an asset.
