Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring global events and emerging risks and assessing their potential impact on lululemon’s strategy and operations.
- The candidate will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to conduct enterprise readiness assessments and develop mitigation strategies to improve resilience to business disruption risks.
- The candidate will lead and contribute to risk-related projects, including capability maturity assessments, scenario planning, and tabletop exercises.
- The candidate will be responsible for producing executive-level risk reports and briefings for senior leadership.
- The candidate will support crisis response and critical incident management, including real-time assessments, stakeholder coordination, and post-event reviews.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Risk Management, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- The candidate must have 5+ years of progressive experience in business resilience, risk management, or consulting.
- The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex information to senior leaders.
- The candidate must have strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple initiatives and project timelines simultaneously.
- The candidate must be proficient in creating professional and executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
- The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously seek innovative ways to achieve strong results.
- The candidate must communicate with honesty and kindness while encouraging others to do the same.
