Job Description
- Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist supports showroom visits, vehicle deliveries and customer service activities at Tesla in Dartmouth.
- This is a seasonal temporary retail position within Tesla’s Sales and Customer Support team.
- The role includes customer interaction, test drive support and product experience presentations.
- Staff members work in a fast paced environment with current Tesla owners and potential customers.
- The position supports Tesla’s focus on electric vehicles and environment friendly energy products.
Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in guests and begin customer conversations in a friendly manner.
- Review customer interests, purchase timelines and product needs to build customer profiles.
- Answer product questions and provide tailored Tesla vehicle experiences.
- Conduct demo drives and Full Self Driving demonstrations for guests.
- Deliver vehicle orientations and review important vehicle features with new owners.
- Capture customer information and support sales pipeline activities.
- Arrange test drives and identify high intent buyers.
- Provide customer service support.
- Complete additional tasks assigned to support business needs.
Requirements
- Work background in customer service or sales with at least 1 year of related work history is required.
- They show interest in Tesla’s mission and in electric vehicles.
- Having a solid awareness of the EV industry trends and what local incentives look like.
- Can work with business topics and technical concepts in a clear and simple way.
- Strong team mindset and dependable work style are required.
- Excellent interaction skills and attention to detail are required.
- Skilled with the Microsoft Office suite and with CRM tools too.
- You should have a Canadian Class 5 or G or G2 driver’s license. It is mandatory.
