Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to repair or replace faulty cables, power supplies, and amplifiers.
  • The candidate will be expected to inspect, test, and repair cable signals and associated equipment.
  • The candidate will be required to connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets.
  • The candidate will be required to install cable modems, routers, and software to enable Internet access at the subscriber’s premises.
  • The candidate will be required to respond to customer needs and inform them on the use of various equipment and services.
  • The candidate will be required to conduct site surveys in order to determine the best location for satellite dish installation.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that tools and equipment are used and maintained safely.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep up to date with the latest technology and industry practises.
  • The candidate will be required to climb and work aloft on poles, ladders, or other support structures.
