Job Description :
- In your role as Salesforce Developer, you will supervise and enhance the Salesforce platform. This includes many roles like designing, developing and implementing scalable CRM.
- Developing and leading cross-functional development teams and acting as the bridge between the technical and business space is also a significant part of the job.
- The onsite schedule may change depending on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Engage in gathering requirements, develop work packages, design solutions, and lead implementation in an onsite-offshore model.
- Follow appropriate coding standards to design your code and further develop, test and review code.
- Troubleshoot and support issues
Provide guidance, coaching, training and code review to offshore team members. - Provide timely daily/weekly status updates to the client.
- On-call support for production support as needed.
Requirements
- Preferred (but not required) expertise in commercial & retail underwriting.
- Salesforce Certifications preferred, not required.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology & IT systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in an onsite–offshore delivery model.
- Degree in Information Technology.
- Skilled in Application Design, Application Development, Financial Services, Java, Jenkins,, Object Oriented Programming, Salesforce Integration, SQLite, Systems Analysis, Technical, Analysis, Waterfall Model, Web Application Development.
