Job Description
- Candidates who apply for this post are required to provide input into and administer the assigned budget, ensuring that expenditures are controlled and maintained within approved budget limitations.
- They’re also appointed to supervise the day-to-day operation of all assigned staff, including the scheduling, assigning and reviewing of work.
- People who apply for this post are required to authorise and coordinate vacation and overtime requests.
- They’re accountable at this post to monitor and evaluate staff performance, approve salary increments, hear grievances and recommend disciplinary action when necessary.
- People who applied for this post are required to identify and develop divisional/cross-divisional initiatives to produce synergies and economies of scale working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related discipline with extensive development and sustainment experience in large-scale integrated Technology Services solutions to be eligible for this post.
- People must have extensive experience in building Salesforce native/hybrid mobile apps and integrating with Salesforce CRM to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain extensive experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Analytics Cloud to be considered as an eligible candidate for this post.
- They have highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively at all organizational levels to be considered an asset to this organization.
