Kiddie Kobbler, based in Richmond Hill, ON L4C 5G2, is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Sales supervisor – retail who are self-motivated and have good interpersonal skills. Job Description

  • The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
  • The candidate must hire and train or arrange for staff training.
  • The candidate must authorize payments by cheque.
  • The candidate must plan and develop permanent and temporary or movable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces, and other exhibitions.
  • The candidate must order merchandise.
  • The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
  • The candidate must establish work schedules.
  • The candidate will be responsible for selling merchandise.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • The candidate must organize and keep inventory.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
  • The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must supervise retail salespersons, sales clerks, and staff in various areas of responsibility.
  • The candidate should be accurate.

  • The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate should be organized and flexible.

  • The candidate must specialize in retail store operations.
