Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to operate cash register.
  • The candidate will be required to provide advice about merchandise.
  • The candidate will be required to greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
  • The candidate will be expected to assist with merchandise display.
  • The candidate will be expected to cross-sell and introduce new products.
  • The candidate must conduct sales transactions via Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • The candidate will be required to ensure that the store is clean, safe and in order.
  • The candidate will be expected to assist customers in locating the merchandise they require.
  • The candidate will be expected to effectively resolve and handle customer issues.
  • The candidate will be required to handle merchandise in a safe and secure manner in a store.
  • The candidate must help with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • The candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service.
  • The candidate will be responsible for implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft and wastage.
  • The candidate will be responsible for restocking shelves and display areas.
  • The candidate must ensure that all store policies and regulations are followed.
