Rope Access Technician

As part of our wash systems, we use the most contemporary and up-to-date water reclamation modules. Our disinfection services are EPA approved and are safe for the environment, humans, and animals. They remove odours and allergens while also destroying 99.999 percent of viruses. The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to full time or permanent employment. The shift timings include Day, Weekend and Overtime

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience.
  • The candidate must have Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification and Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification
  • The candidate should have a thorough criminal record check.

  • The candidate will be in charge of performing pre-use checks on his own rope access equipment.
  • The candidate will be in charge of preparing and submitting reports on time.
  • The candidate will be responsible for liaising with clients and the site operations crew to ensure that the scope of the job is understood and carried out correctly.
  • The candidate will be in charge of rigging and other operations under the supervision of a higher grade/level.
  • The candidate must have a positive attitude toward safety, training, and the environment.
  • The candidate will be required to perform a wide range of inspections, maintenance, and repair services while accessing and completing work tasks at great heights using rope and related equipment.
  • The candidate will be in charge of maintenance tasks such as painting, welding, repairing brickwork, and pressure washing.
  • The successful candidate will be in charge of inspecting rigs and buildings for quality control and safety.
  • The candidate will be responsible for cleaning windows and performing routine maintenance.
  • The candidate will be in charge of maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practises, as well as legal regulations, and alerting others to potential hazards or concerns.
  • The candidate will primarily be responsible for abseiling up and down buildings or structures to perform repair, inspection, or maintenance work.
  • The candidate should be capable of supervising rope access work projects on-site.
  • The candidate should be well-versed in advanced rescue techniques.
  • The candidate should be familiar with applicable work techniques and legislation.
  • The candidate will be expected to maintain and store the equipment that they will be using.
  • The candidate must be drug and alcohol free.
  • The candidate should be able to adapt to change.

Equipment and Machinery Experience

  • The candidate must be able to operate hand and power tools

Own Tools/Equipment

  • Candidates are required to wear steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat,  Safety glasses or goggles, gloves etc.

Work Site Environment

  • The candidate should be prepared to work under dangerous work conditions.
  • The candidate must be able to work at a height and not be afraid of working at a height.
  • The candidate should be willing to work in an outdoor environment for long hours, including tolerance for pests and thorns.
  • The candidate will be required to work in wet, hot and cold weather conditions.
  • The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
  • The candidate will be required to work in areas with a high odour density.

Transportation/Travel Information

  • The candidate should be willing to travel to various locations.
  • The candidate should have own vehicle with valid driving license
