Job Description
- The candidate must wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
- The candidate must order and purchase equipment.
- The candidate must monitor safety conditions.
- The candidate must coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
- The candidate must maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
- The candidate must perform other routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repair.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must have an Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification.
- The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
- The candidate must be resourceful.
