Job Description

  • The candidate will lead the strategic development and execution of programs that support worker wellbeing across the global supply chain, with emphasis on worker engagement and gender equity.
  • The candidate must lead the implementation of supply chain wellbeing targets while ensuring clear reporting and measurable progress aligned with corporate commitments and worker needs.
  • The candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including regional teams, suppliers, industry partners, and NGOs, to implement programs that support the needs of workers, suppliers, and the organization.
  • The candidate will analyze emerging trends and risks related to worker wellbeing and gender equity while providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • The candidate will manage a portfolio of high-impact global projects while overseeing implementation partners to ensure successful execution at facilities and within communities.
  • The candidate will be responsible for representing the company in international forums and partnerships while encouraging collaboration and best practices across the industry.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain sustainability, social impact, or corporate responsibility.
  • The candidate must have a proven track record in strategic program management, including leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across global regions.
  • The candidate must have experience implementing ESG or social wellbeing targets within a global supply chain environment and managing multi-layered projects with external implementation partners across different geographies.
  • The candidate must have familiarity with worker engagement, gender equity, and human rights standards, including UN Guiding Principles and ILO conventions.
  • The candidate must be a self-motivated problem solver who is comfortable working in ambiguous situations and has a strong record of creating positive impact for workers and the business.
  • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate strategy and progress updates effectively to leadership while managing large budgets efficiently.
  • The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
  • The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously seek innovative ways to achieve strong results.
  • The candidate must communicate with honesty and kindness while encouraging others to do the same.
