Retail store supervisor

Kimmer Country Market ( Heritage Pointe, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Retail store supervisor. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must order merchandise.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must sell merchandise to customers.
• The candidate must prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must manage cash.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must supervise office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have the ability to multitask.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a retail business, purchasing goods from manufacturers or wholesalers, and selling these goods to consumers in small quantities.
