Job Description
- The candidate must supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.).
- The candidate must assign duties to sales workers.
- The candidate must order merchandise.
- The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
- The candidate must establish work schedules.
- The candidate will be responsible for selling merchandise.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- The candidate must organize and keep inventory.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers.
- The candidate will be responsible for conducting performance reviews.
Job Requirements

- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
