Job Description

  • One of the main duties in this role is to support managing and processing Small Group insurance renewals.
  • A job throughout the year, full-time in Winnipeg, MB.
  • The work consists of rate coding, ensuring accuracy in billing, and doing math related to renewals.
  • The position is in a workplace that is collaborative, inclusive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Input and renewals of rates are to be done accurately and punctually.
  • Manual rates for quotations and renewals are to be calculated.
  • Amendment factors are to be applied, and execution of the accurate rate is to be ensured.
  • Manage non-standard plan designs in Excel.
  • Internal teams’ inquiries are to be answered.
  • Census data for accounts is to be prepared and updated.
  • Carry out other related administrative tasks as per requirement.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of internal systems will be a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision.
  • Time management and capability to cope with heavy workloads.
  • Collaboration as well as solo work is something they can do.
  • Basic arithmetic skills are strong.
