Job requirement
- Candidates must attain current active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba and the scope of practice as defined by the RHPA to be eligible for this post.
- They must have current basic life support certification to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must acquire current advanced cardiac life support certification to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must have Current Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale certification to be preferred for this post.
- They must have a dedicated Trauma Nursing Care Course certification to be considered eligible for this post.
- They must have dedicated knowledge of Professional Standards of Practice, and Code of Ethics.
- Candidates must attain the ability to foster a collaborative interdisciplinary environment that supports quality services, quality improvement and staff empowerment.
