Job Description
- Applicants working in this post are required to assess, plan, evaluate, and direct residents’ needs through consultation with medical professionals, and team members.
- Applicants are also required at this post to work with the existing management and health services teams to promote communication and compliance with policies and procedures working at this post.
- They’re appointed to this post to assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans.
- Applicants are required to administer and record prescribed medication as per company policy and scope of practice working at this post.
Job requirement
- Applicants must have a dedicated Bachelor of Science in Nursing and are currently registered with the Provincial Association of Registered Nurses.
- They must have dedicated knowledge of nursing and health care practices, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be able to work flexible hours and all shifts inclusive of days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have proficiency in the English language and other languages to be preferred for this post.
- They must attain the ability to provide a CPR & Emergency First Aid Certificate, with a dedicated clear criminal record check and vulnerable sector screening to get preferred for this post.
Work setting
