Job Description

  • Recruiter, Sales is a talent acquisition position focused on hiring for Tesla’s North American Sales team.
  • This is a full time role based in Toronto, Ontario.
  • This position combines candidate sourcing, recruiting and also hiring partner support.
  • Employees will work with hiring managers and applicants too, pretty much throughout the recruitment process, from start to end or however you wanna say it.
  • The job is about handling several openings at the same time and still keeping talent pipelines going.

Responsibilities

  • Review applications from internal and external candidates.
  • Search for and identify passive candidates through various sourcing methods.
  • Do candidate interviews and do screening work too.
  • Act as a recruiting partner for hiring managers and for business leaders as well.
  • Look into the role requirements and get the hiring needs clear for each open position.
  • Build and keep talent pipelines going, not only for now but also for future hiring needs.
  • Come up with attraction strategies to reach qualified candidates.
    Interact with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Create engaging approaches to attract prospective applicants.
  • Manage a high volume of job requisitions and recruiting activities.
  • Maintain records within recruitment systems.

Requirements

  • Show excellent written and verbal interaction skills in English and French.
  • Possess work background sourcing.
    Can screen candidates in a high volume recruiting environment.
  • Show a proven record of delivering positive experiences to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Can explain the value and impact of positions within Tesla to prospective candidates.
  • Show strong organizing skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Possess work background using Applicant Tracking Systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • A combination of corporate and agency recruiting work background is preferred.
