Job Description
- Project Manager supports business improvement projects across multiple City departments.
- This is a full time position with 1 permanent and 1 temporary opening of up to 22 months.
- The role includes various work from home options based on operational needs.
- The position offers competitive hourly pay and follows a standard 35 hour work week.
- You will work with different business units to improve processes and project delivery.
- The role is based in Calgary within Planning and Development Services Service Excellence.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Complete a 2 year diploma in Business or a related field with at least 7 years of work background as a Project Manager in technology and process improvement projects, or complete a degree in Commerce or a related field with at least 5 years of related work background.
- Have a solid background in managing multiple large and complex projects across different business groups.
- Show strong planning, prioritization and organizing skills to meet demanding deadlines.
- Have interaction skills and can prepare and present information to different audiences.
- Be skilled in consulting, consensus building and project management practices.
- Show strong problem solving skills and can work with multiple teams and senior leaders.
- Provide proof of qualifications before employment.
