Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to review and validate contractor quotes against the project baseline to identify variances.
- They’re also appointed at this post to develop TA event cash flow plans including contingency drawdown working at this post.
- Candidates for this post are required to support the development of Class 5 to Class 2 estimates, including checks, and recast into cost control systems.
- Candidates at this post are required to analyze variances in cost, schedule performance and communicate issues and reasons for the variances, propose mitigation plans working at this post.
- They’re also appointed at this post to control cost and reporting by the work breakdown and cost coding structures.
- They were also appointed at this post to evaluate and process all TA-related requisitions.

Job requirement
- Candidates must have strong data analyst skills with large data and they must be able to provide meaningful, accurate numbers with recommendations.
- Candidates must have a strong understanding of Earned Value Measurement in construction to be eligible for this post.
