Job description
- Candidates will support the vision and values of the company by providing support to acquire, maintain, analyse and distribute.
- They are also responsible for a variety of habitat and ecological data, participating in surveys and studies, writing and reviewing technical reports.
- Moreover they will generally provide their skillfulness to the department’s Habitat Program.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a degree in geography, biology, environmental sciences, or natural resources conservation/management.
- They must have experience collecting and managing a variety of geospatial data including designing, developing and managing tabular and spatial databases.
- All candidates must have experience communicating technical results through report writing and data visualisation is an asset .
Work setting
- Candidates must have the ability to use a variety of GIS software and analysis programs like ArcGIS, Python, Access, R.
- They also must have demonstrated initiative and time management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are also required for all the candidates.
