Job requirement 

• Candidates who have Red Seal designation for Baking or post-secondary credentials in Baking and Pastry from an accredited institution are eligible for this post.
• Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive employment experience in a variety of baking and pastry industrial or boutique commercial contexts to be eligible for this post.
• They must have prior technical experience in large-scale product innovation and manufacturing of baked goods to be eligible for this post.
• Applicants for this post must have the ability to maintain creative design and artistry using baked goods and confections as a medium, food safety and quality control applications, and nutritional analysis to be eligible for this post.
• They must have demonstrated a collegial collaborative approach to team membership and leadership to get preferred for this post.
• Applicants must have completed ongoing post-secondary studies or credentials in relevant fields like  Education, Food Science, Nutrition, and Culinary to be eligible for this post.
• Candidates must have completed post-secondary teaching and collaborative curriculum development experience along with additional professional specialized certifications or qualifications related to specialized expertise to be preferred for this post.
  Applicants must have industry accolades, honours, and accomplishments of professional significance along with excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills to be eligible for this post.
• Candidates for this post must have evidence of commitment to student success or mentoring others to high standards.

Work setting 

• Applicants must have prior networking skills with a variety of stakeholders within the field of expertise along with working knowledge of relevant digital applications like office applications, and learning management systems to be eligible for this post.
