Job description
- Candidates will develop, oversee, and coach direct reports, guiding them in the areas of assigned facilities or regions and the company’s core values.

Job requirement
- Applicants must earn a diploma or certificate, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- They’ll acquire Six Sigma Lean.
- They ought to have at least a year’s worth of experience in a relevant field.
- They need to have experience managing grain elevator production and have a working knowledge of SAP software.
