Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
- The candidate should proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- The candidate must ensure execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- The candidate will be responsible for engaging team members in inventory management while maintaining a fun and productive shift environment.
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring product levels and communicating findings to support sell-through strategy and ensure optimal product availability for guests.
- The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting daily business data and metrics to guide store actions, including analyzing sell-through data and providing recommendations to leadership on product focus or pricing for outlets.
- The candidate will be responsible for participating in the storeโs hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
- The candidate will be responsible for addressing team member performance and supporting ongoing learning and development through feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on guidance.
- The candidate will be responsible for contributing to a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive working relationships with team members.
- The candidate will be responsible for serving as supervisor on duty during store open hours, leading from the floor to ensure every guest receives technical product education and a world-class guest experience.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- The candidate must have the ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
- The candidate must have at least 1 year of work experience.
- The candidate should possess experience in inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including the use of business technology to accomplish work.
- The candidate should possess experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
- The candidate with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent or above is considered an asset.
- The candidate should have experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations, including reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action, which is considered an asset.
- The candidate must have food safety and/or liquor service certification, which is considered an asset for Experiential stores with food/beverage service.
- The candidate should actively create and maintain an inclusive workplace that respects and embraces diversity.

Work conditions and physical capabilities
- The candidate must be available for varying shifts based on store needs.
- The candidate will be required to work shifts that include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- The candidate should be willing to work early mornings, late evenings, or overnights during peak periods, special events, or other business needs.
- The candidate should be able to move throughout the store, working in both front-of-house areas with bright lights and loud music and back-of-house areas with limited or no natural light.
- The candidate will be required to work as part of a team, independently, and at times using computers or other technical devices.
- The candidate may occasionally be required to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and use ladders to access materials.
- The candidate will be required to use industrial kitchen equipment and work in environments with exposure to heat while preparing food or beverages in Experiential stores with food/beverage service.
