Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for managing initial allocations and in-season replenishment from the Distribution Center, including pre-allocations and alternative receipt methods, in alignment with overall inventory and sales strategies.
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting inventory positions to ensure alignment with approved sales plans, including ongoing tracking of program sales performance and inventory ratios.
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying and executing business opportunities by forecasting sales trends, analyzing market dynamics, and delivering strategic, data-driven recommendations.
- The candidate must oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of key financial reporting tools and deliver standard and ad-hoc analyses to support business decision-making and results.
- The candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining reporting templates and analytical tools to support business analytics.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading weekly reporting and data validation within established SLAs.
- The candidate must prepare, consolidate, and present monthly reports and executive-ready materials with complete accuracy and integrity.
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all financial data, including variance identification and explanation.
- The candidate will be responsible for serving as a functional planning representative on assigned cross-functional project teams and supporting on-time project delivery through clear communication of action items and status updates.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing for and actively participating in Merchandise Review meetings.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must possess a four year college degree or equivalent.
- The candidate must have 2-3 years of proven experience with data analysis.
- The candidate must have previous experience with merchandise and planning systems.
- The applicant must demonstrate a high level of expertise in Excel.
