Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution, maintenance, and optimisation of global ecommerce content using content management tools.
  • The candidate will be responsible for building and deploying campaign content experiences while coordinating assets, workflows, and timelines with global product publishing, SEO, digital product, and regional teams.
  • The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining global site navigation menus in partnership with Global Product Discovery and regional teams, ensuring updates are executed successfully.
  • The candidate will be responsible for implementing website updates using platform capabilities and third-party tools while ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with merchandising and content standards.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting regional teams with ongoing campaign page updates, best practices, and back-end content support.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, reporting on, and analysing campaign and category content performance across regions while identifying optimisation opportunities against KPIs.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supporting new feature rollouts and migrations through back-end execution, regional feedback collection, and identification of improvement opportunities.
  • The candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enabling regional teams on content operations excellence through playbooks, best practice guidelines, and the central ecommerce content calendar.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems and supporting technical systems, with hands-on CMS experience; experience with SFCC and Contentful, including campaign setup, publishing, and localisation, will be considered an asset.
  • The candidate must demonstrate proven experience working within a global ecommerce organisation, ideally supporting merchandising or content operations.
  • The candidate must demonstrate experience supporting system or platform changes, with the ability to adopt and navigate new tools, systems, and processes.
  • The candidate must be highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong appreciation for process, quality checks, and governance.
  • The candidate must demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and across regions while managing varying regional requirements and timelines.
  • The candidate must demonstrate strong problem-solving capability, along with solid teamwork, project coordination, and execution skills.
  • The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
