Job description
- Candidates have to supervise all Produce staff to secure efficient and courteous customer service.
- They also have to ensure production is moved efficiently from the receiver to the sales floor.
- Candidates will be responsible to respond immediately to any customer inquiries, requests and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times.
- They will schedule all produce clerks ensuring the strict control of wage costs and also interpret and administer Company policy and ensure compliance with the union contract.
Job requirement
- All candidates must have 3-5 years’ experience in the retail meat industry.
- Candidates must have a Grade 12 Diploma.
- They also must hold prior management experience as a definite asset.
- They also must have excellent communication and also interpersonal skills.
