Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for designing and inventing AI solutions across domains such as product design and innovation, planning and forecasting, agentic personalization and search, and multimodal content generation and enrichment.
• The candidate will be responsible for defining next-generation models and architectures for generative AI, multimodal systems, and large-scale ML-based optimization that lead to production deployment.
• The candidate will be responsible for translating emerging AI research, including LLMs, multimodal learning, and foundation models, into enterprise-ready capabilities with measurable business outcomes.
• The candidate will act as a strategic advisor to executives on AI opportunities, risks, trade-offs, and long-term capability building.
• The candidate will define enterprise AI/ML strategy and solution vision for key use-cases, aligning investments with business priorities and positioning AI as a core organizational capability and competitive differentiator.
• The candidate will lead the research and design of AI/ML approaches for highly complex business problems.
• The candidate will advance AI/ML methodologies and solution frameworks that accelerate time-to-value, improve scalability and re-use, and enable repeatable success across teams.
• The candidate will be responsible for advancing innovation through the application of state-of-the-art techniques, original research, and novel approaches that strengthen organizational capability.
• The candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring senior technical leaders to strengthen organizational capability in applied AI/ML and promote technical excellence and innovation.
• The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with executive stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, establish success metrics, and maximize business value and ROI from AI/ML investments.
• The candidate will establish enterprise experimentation and validation standards that connect model performance to business outcomes and strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of experience.
• The candidate with a PhD qualification will be given preference.
• The candidate must have 11–15 years of AI/ML research experience in an industry setting or equivalent academic experience.
• The candidate must demonstrate the ability to define enterprise-level AI/ML solutions for previously unsolved problems and influence executive decision-making on technology direction and investment.
• The candidate must have a proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale, complex AI/ML systems across multiple domains with significant organizational impact.
• The candidate must possess deep expertise in advanced AI/ML approaches, including generative AI, NLP, computer vision, multimodal learning, or time-series modeling, and demonstrate the ability to translate research into production systems.
• The candidate must have strong experience partnering with senior business and technology leaders to align AI initiatives with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
• The candidate must possess expert-level experience with modern ML tools and ecosystems, including Python, PyTorch, cloud ML platforms, distributed training/inference systems, and scalable data pipelines.
• The candidate must have a strong understanding of production AI systems, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI considerations.
• The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
