Job description
- Candidates must perform a variety of sales/customer service activities to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- They must know how to operate a computer point of sale system.
- They must maintain floor displays.
- They should conduct merchandising and inventory control.
- They must have a high level of postal products, services and delivery knowledge.
- They must have ideas related to financial transactions.
- They will receive, sort, sequence and batch mail items.
Job requirement
- Candidates need to have experience in customer service in a retail environment.
- Sales experience is an asset for them.
- They must have working experience about production environment.
Work setting
- Candidates are required to stand in one place for up to 3.5 hours at a time.
- They must have the ability to exercise physical effort in the handling of mail items weighing up to 22.7 kilograms and carrying mail items weighing up to 15.9 kilograms and bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, etc.
