Job Description 

• Candidates working in this post are required to collaborate with the resident and other members of the interdisciplinary team in the development of an individualized Resident Care Plan. 
• They’re appointed at this post to assist in the planning and implementation of resident leisure activities daily. 
• Candidates for this post are required to assist with light housekeeping duties. 
• They’re appointed at this post to perform delegated nursing acts according to company policy and scope of practice. 
• Candidates for this post are required to communicate and report relevant information regarding resident care or safety to the Supervisor.

Job requirement 

• They must have a valid Personal Care Worker course or equivalent to be eligible for this post. 
• Candidates must be able to work in a schedule of flexible hours and shifts inclusive of days, nights, weekends, and holidays to be eligible for this post. 
• Candidates must be able to provide a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening. 
• They must acquire an Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care course to be preferred for this post. 
• They must have previous working experience with the elderly in long-term care or a senior living environment to be eligible for this post. 
• Candidates for this post must have a valid CPR & First Aid Certification to get preferred for this post. 
• They must have a passion for the healthcare sector or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care to be eligible for this post.
