Job Description

The candidate will have to serve greeting to all incoming visitors, and also answer their questions
The candidate will have to follow the work assigned by the supervisor.
Candidates will have to provide clerical support functions like Word-processing, Photocopying, assisting employees records.
The candidate will also have to perform duties consistent with the job classification.

Job Requirements

Candidates will have to complete grade XII or other recognised education equivalent to this.
Candidates will have to complete the recognized post secondary office administration/screterial program.
Candidates must have at least 1 year experience related to secretarial/office experience.

Work setting

Candidates with superior interpersonal skills and customer service skills are preferred for this post.
