Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are required to repair & inspect and maintain UPS diesel, propane, CNG and gasoline vehicles in a regular and timely manner.
- They’re also appointed at this post to operate/test company vehicles within the UPS facilities & on public roads.
Job requirement
- They must be able to lift to 70 lbs along with the willingness to work evening and night shifts to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment along with strong organizational skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must have strong troubleshooting skills and must pass a pre-employment road test.Candidates must ensure the possession of a valid Red Seal 310T or 310S license along with the possession of essential trade tools and equipment to be eligible for this post.
- They must have prior possession of a clean driver’s abstract or record to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates for this post are also required to be indoors and occasionally work outdoors.
- They’re also required to be exposed to hot or cold temperatures when working outdoors at this post.
- Candidates are also required to wear a UPS Auto Mechanic uniform and adhere to the company’s Appearance Guidelines.
