Job Description

  • OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate supports online order preparation, packing and customer fulfillment activities.
  • This is a permanent hourly position with Walmart Canada.
  • The role helps maintain efficient online shopping and order pickup operations.
  • Associates contribute to order quality, customer satisfaction and fulfillment accuracy.
  • The position combines customer interaction with order processing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and assemble customer orders from various temperature controlled areas.
  • Pack customer orders and verify selected items, quantities and product codes.
  • Review product quality and remove damaged or unsuitable items.
  • Complete pick slips, shipping labels and required documentation.
  • Pack totes efficiently to maximize space and maintain product condition.
  • Assist customers and help address order related concerns.
  • Clean spills and maintain a clean work area.
  • Use tools according to company procedures.
  • Complete required safety inspections and checks.
  • Share ideas that support productivity and customer satisfaction improvements.

Requirements

  • Can manage a high volume workload in a fast moving retail environment.
  • Can remain productive during overnight work periods when required.
  • Can stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Can bend, lift and move inventory, equipment or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Can perform repetitive duties involving order picking, packing and product organization.
  • Can maintain close attention to detail during fulfillment activities.
  • Can follow food hygiene, safety and quality standards.
  • Can work effectively with customers and fellow team members.
