Job Description
- The candidate must change diapers.
- The candidate will be responsible for sterilizing bottles and preparing formulas.
- The candidate must assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents.
- The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- The candidate must travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
- The candidate must wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens.
- The candidate must bathe, dress, and feed infants and children.
- The candidate will be responsible for instructing children in personal hygiene and social development.
- The candidate must maintain records of daily activities and health information for the children.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home.
- The candidate will be responsible for organizing activities for children, such as games and outings.
- The candidate must prepare and serve healthy meals.
- The candidate must prepare infants and children for rest periods.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising and caring for children.
- The candidate will be responsible for the emotional well-being of children.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- A candidate with experience is an asset.
- The ability to communicate in Spanish and Tagalog is an asset for the candidate.
- The candidate must have Emergency Child Care first aid, and CPR Certification, CPR Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.
- The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
- The candidate must have excellent time management skills.
- The candidate must have patience.

- The candidate must work at the employer’s home.
- The employee should be able to work in the employer’s or client’s home and can work at various site locations. The specific period of progression is determined by the annual review.
