Job Description
- The candidate will be expected to cut beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing, or packaging.
- The candidate must cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use.
- The candidate must remove the bones from the meat.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
- The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- The candidate should be accurate.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
