We are in search of a self-disciplined individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. The selected applicant will be required to join and take their responsibilities at the earliest. The open positions are for Permanent employment or Full time job. The candidate must be available to work early morning, morning, day, and weekend shifts, must be willing to work shift schedules, and must be willing to work overtime when required. Job Description

  • The candidate must slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses.
  • The candidate must slaughter cattle, calves, and sheep as prescribed by religious laws.
  • The candidate must cut beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses, or sides or quarters of carcasses, into primal cuts for further cutting, processing, or packaging.
  • The candidate will be responsible for cutting meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use.
  • The candidate must remove the bones from the meat.
  • The candidate must have strong food safety and handling skills.
  • The candidate must offer mentoring.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
  • There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • The ideal candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in a related industry.

Work setting

  • The candidate should work in a meat processing and packing plant/establishment that protects meat and meat products during processing, storage, and distribution from mechanical, chemical, and biological hazards.

  • The candidate must have experience operating cleavers, knives, power cutting tools, saws, and stunning devices.
