They will manage physical libraries for approved qualities and proper organisation and filing of all approved and development fabrics. They provide assistance to design team in finding the appropriate quality in the library. They assist and ensure development is flowing within calendar timelines.

Job description
- Candidates must provide recommendations and guidance to design and cross functional partners for leveraging Fabric qualities across the divisions.
- They will analyse category specific fabric needs and action into developments that are within cost and aesthetic parameters.
- They will partner with product development and design to ensure that fabrics are within pricing architecture & required quality parameters.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in Textile with 6-8 years’ experience in fabric development and Sourcing.
- They need to have strong technical understanding of woven & knit fabrics.
- They must have the ability to identify different fabric types, dyeing & printing processes to lead the costing discussion with mills.
Work setting
- Candidates must have experienced in working with different fabric mills in Asia.
- They need to be Self-starter, flexible thinker, and outstanding communicator, comfortable working cross functionally.
- They have to be sharp negotiator.
- They must have the ability to multitask, attention to detail, excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
