Job description
- Candidates manage culinary operations by ensuring checklists in our job.
- They do line checks are completed and records are verified and archived.
- They do cooking stations are well stocked, and escalating in our job.
- Candidates documenting any required repairs in this job.
- They should maintain a working knowledge of all statutory regulations.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a required Secondary School Diploma or GED.
- They must have knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management etc.
- They must have red seal interprovincial culinary certification to do this job.
- Candidates must have a valid Food Handlers certificate.
Work setting
- Candidates must have schedule flexibility to work flexible hours inclusive of evenings.
- They must have previous experience managing a large culinary team in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
