Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing a series of large, high-complexity projects or multiple concurrent projects within the Upstream Supply Chain portfolio and partnering with PMO leadership to develop detailed project plans and charters, including integration touchpoints, dependencies, and sequencing.
  • The candidate will build a team of high-performing Project and Program Managers and thoughtfully divide and allocate roadmap and operational tasks across them.
  • The candidate will guide the team to synthesize complex problems through process-driven solutions.
  • The candidate will occasionally receive requests presented as objectives and must exercise sound judgment in choosing appropriate methods and techniques to provide effective solutions.
  • The candidate will monitor project performance against plan as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics.
  • The candidate will provide line-of-sight to PMO and functional leadership on issues, risks, and required decisions across project workstreams.
  • The candidate will maintain consolidated resource and timeline views across the project.
  • The candidate will manage the tracking of project budget, change requests, and intake management.
  • The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to reduce costs, drive productivity, better leverage resources, and increase efficiency.
  • The candidate will work with internal stakeholders to create project charters outlining scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks, and workplans.
  • The candidate will assist in the implementation and dissemination of effective project management practices across functions, including processes, tools, and standard operating procedures.
  • The candidate must collaborate with the Technology organization to deliver business capabilities aligned with project scope and objectives.
  • The candidate will collaborate with and oversee 3rd party partners based on specific project scope and service requirements.
  • The candidate will develop presentation content and support executive-level updates and business reviews.
  • The candidate will establish, evaluate, and maintain performance standards across all areas of project management to ensure targets are achieved while enhancing delivery and reducing costs.
  • The candidate will champion lululemon’s culture and core values.
  • The candidate will ensure the project team works closely with peers across Global Supply Chain to maintain alignment and consistency in planning, management, and execution.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must hold a B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical area.
  • The candidate with an MBA or other Master’s degree will be preferred.
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 7–10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field, including previous people management or supervisory experience.
  • The candidate should have experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations as a preferred qualification.
  • The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to interpret and adjust to situations involving conflicting goals.
  • The candidate must have the ability to effectively manage a dispersed team and prioritize work.
  • The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
  • The candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously seek innovative ways to achieve strong results.
