  • Candidates for this post are also required to manage project budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial management practices.
  • They’re appointed at this post to foster positive stakeholder relationships by providing guidance and advice to community representatives and partners.
  • Candidates for this post are required to provide leadership and mentorship to project team staff, conduct performance planning, and monitor team productivity.

Job requirement 

  • They must acquire proficiency in core management practices, including program/service delivery, budgeting, and human resources to be eligible for this post.
