Job Description
- Candidates for this post are appointed to clean floors in offices, break rooms, restrooms, products and other areas of the facility.
- Candidates are also appointed to change scrubber water frequently to keep dust at a minimum.
- They’re required to empties trash from designated areas throughout the Lab. Operates trash and cardboard compactors.
- Candidates are appointed to follow location procedures and standards for the performance of duties.
- They’re also required to follow safety and security procedures working at this post.
- Candidates are appointed to clean facility light fixtures regularly and change light bulbs.
- They’re also required to wash windows, upper walls, and ceilings. Vacuum rafters periodically.
- Candidates are appointed to assist in grounds maintenance, such as blowing leaves, picking up litter, and conducting roof checks.
- Candidates are also appointed to participate in snow and ice removal and assist with painting.
- They’re appointed to perform concrete floor repairs throughout the lab.
- Candidates are required to monitor cleaning supplies and restock them.
- They’re appointed to follow proper Optical Lab and general safety and security procedures and standards.
- Candidates are appointed to provide prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers. Give submissions for pieces or others.
- They’re also appointed to understand and operate the maintenance system internally.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a dedicated Driver’s license to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must acquire dedicated Janitorial experience working in this post.
- Mechanical aptitude and Manual dexterity are also required to be eligible for this post.
