The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible. The open positions pertain to the Permanent employment or Full time job. The candidate must be available to work early morning, morning, day, and weekend shifts, must be willing to work shift schedules, must be willing to work overtime when required, and must be available to work from 07:00 to 17:00.

Job Requirements

Work site environment

• Farm operations include beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots, and livestock farming.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
• The candidate must be willing to work in hazardous conditions.
• The candidate must work in a dusty, hot, wet/damp, cold/refrigerated and dirty environment.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.

Work setting

• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
• The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
• The candidate must work from a remote location, performing their duties from a site other than the employer’s central office while maintaining productivity and communication.
• The candidate’s relocation costs should be covered by the employer, allowing the employer to contribute to the employee’s relocation costs incurred in moving closer to the company’s offices or other work locations as required.
