Job Description
- The candidate must advise clients on legal proceedings.
- The candidate must assemble documentary evidence in preparation for trial.
- The candidate must coordinate and manage administrative services.
- The candidate must issue subpoenas, summonses, and warrants.
- The candidate must perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing systems.
- The candidate must receive and process affidavits, declarations, and affirmations.
- The candidate must research records, court files, and other legal documents.
- The candidate must schedule court trials and proceedings.
- The candidate must arrange pre-trial conferences and hearings.
- The candidate must assist lawyers in preparing for mediation and judicial dispute resolutions.
- The candidate must draft and prepare legal correspondence.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate or diploma in other trades.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The ability to communicate in Latvian is an asset for the candidate.
- The candidate must have completed in-house training from a law firm or a law clerk program.
- The candidate should be accurate.
- The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidate should be organized and flexible.

Computer and technology knowledge
