Job Description
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to provide a safe aquatic environment and a Quality Visitor Experience for guests of the Park working at this post.
Job requirement
- Applicants must have a successful completion of secondary school or equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a valid Canadian National Lifeguard Service Certification to get preferred for this post.
- Applicants must have a dedicated CPR “Basic Rescuer” or “C” level experience to be preferred for this post.
- They must attend aquatic emergency care standard first aid International Red Cross First Aid or International St John’s Ambulance First Aid to be preferred for this post.
- They must attain prior knowledge of pool supervision and safety standards to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must attain dedicated knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid along with prior knowledge of standard pool facility operations to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Applicants must attain the willingness to wear identifier clothing and personal safety equipment.
- Candidates are also required to ensure their willingness to work shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime and outdoors in various weather conditions working at this post.
- They’re also required at this post to obtain and maintain a reliable security clearance with fingerprints.
- Applicants must have prior possession and maintenance of Occupational Certifications to be preferred for this post.
- They must have dedicated experience in guest services and using electronic cash systems to be preferred for this post.
